We have a Strict exchange Policy For Our Live Pet jumpers

In any case which is very rare that we may have a D.O.A , we require a Photo of the Pet jumper and MUST be notified within an hour of delivery and we will schedule a redelivery of a new Pet Jumper on 1-3 day shipping.

Pets/Orders Left Unattended After Postage Tracking Delivery

We do NOT offer ANY refunds/exchanges for Pet Jumping Spiders or feeders left in mail boxes or etc

P.O Boxes

We do NOT accept ANY orders that are addressed for deliver to P.o Boxes. Items must be able to be signed for.
